Manual single head profile cutting machine has been designed to cut uPVC and Aluminium window and door profiles.
– Cutting range +45° / -45° and intermediate degrees
– An additional lock on the sliding plate for intermediate degrees fixing
– The special design of the sliding plate prevents sawdust from being piled inside.
– 400mm diameter of a diamond saw blade, 2.2kw motor power
– Smooth movement of the cutting head is carried out with a steel spring system
– 2 Vertical and 2 horizontal pneumatic clamping kits
– The machine is standard equipped with measuring conveyors 2.4 meters long each and optional 3 meters roller conveyors.
– Oil Cooling system for aluminium profile cutting operation
